Two young teenagers (Jere Ristseppä, Rosa Honkonen) are struggling with the fact that they’re going to have a baby. The screenwriter based this drama on experiences from her teen years when a friend became pregnant, but she also shows us the rising danger of right-wing extremism among white workers who need someone to blame for their troubles. The film is in constant risk of not offering more than a simple message of ”kids should not have kids”, but the gloomy locations, young cast and issues raised come across as realistic and engaging.
