After receiving a valuable 16th-century book about dreams as a Christmas gift, Peder (Mikael Persbrandt) and a former girlfriend (Vanna Rosenberg) start sharing the same dreams when they’re sleeping. Exploring a romance together while you’re unconscious – now there’s potential for a playful fantasy, but this one never turns into something substantial. A meandering story, and the ending feels off, its darkly bizarre conclusion treated like a lighthearted romantic comedy.
