THE FUTURE UNLEASHED EVERY THING.
In the future, astronauts are working on new energy solutions for Earth aboard a space station, but a sudden power surge hurls them into danger. The third Cloverfield movie connects with the original even though it is set in space, but its mix of horror and sci-fi is far too clichéd. Unlike the first two chapters in this series, this one is curiously dull. The attempt to intellectualize the thrills might put you to sleep; it doesn’t help that the station suffers from a dearth of compelling characters.
