A drug lord who’s taken a hostage is speeding toward the Mexican border in a modified Chevrolet, but first he needs to cross a sleepy Arizona small town where the sheriff is a former LAPD copā¦ Arnold Schwarzenegger’s first starring vehicle in ten years (after his stint as Governor of California) looks like an old-fashioned Western at times (Rio Bravo?), but also like one of the star’s 1980s action vehicles. He’s fun to watch, but Forest Whitaker is rather annoying as an FBI agent and it’s hard to believe in anything that happens in the movie.
