At Camp Half-Blood, Percy (Logan Lerman) finds out that he has a special brotherā¦ and an old acquaintance makes a comeback, plotting to destroy Mount Olympus. Just in time for us to have almost completely forgotten the first movie came a 3D sequel that bombed at the box-office. Once again an attempt is made to turn this franchise into another Harry Potter, but the young characters are not charismatic enough and we’re often cheated out of life-or-death situations. Well-paced, but relies heavily on its so-so visual effects.
