Jorge (Matias Varela) prepares to do one last hit before he retires; at the same time, JW (Joel Kinnaman) is desperately looking for his missing sister in Los Angeles. The third film in the Easy Money franchise reserves minimum screen time for Kinnaman, increases Varela’s significantly, and introduces an undercover cop who’s infiltrated the Serbian Mafia that JW and Jorge keep bumping into. Long, and a little too predictable (with unashamed nods to the Godfather movies), but still compelling, especially during an intense robbery sequence. Varela is fully committed in his performance.
