IT’S A JOB. IT ISN’T PERSONAL. WELL, MAYBE A LITTLE…
Bounty hunter Milo Boyd (Gerard Butler) is thrilled to learn that the next person he’s hired to track down is his ex-wife (Jennifer Aniston), who’s skipped a bond hearing. Another mediocre action-comedy from Andy Tennant, who in this case would have loved to deliver another Midnight Run (1988). Critics dumped on it, but this movie could have been far more irritating than it is. The story is silly, but generally well paced and there’s a few scenes worthy of a chuckle or two. The stars look good and do what they’re supposed to do.
