AMERICA’S MOST WANTED.
Itās 1933 and John Dillinger (Johnny Depp) has just been proclaimed Americaās public enemy number one; Bureau of Investigation agent Melvin Purvis (Christian Bale) intends to hunt him down.Ā A disappointment considering director Michael Mannās talent; the movie is leisurely paced, nothing new comes out of an oft-told story and the HD cinematography makes the movie look like a behind-the-scenes special made for TV. Still, the film has very intense shoot-outs between Dillingerās gang and the agents, Depp gives us an idea of how charismatic the bank robber was, and Marion Cotillard is very good as his moll.
