KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE BALL.
Lambeau Fields (David Koechner), the worst football coach in America, moves to a small Texas town and tries to redeem himself by building a new college team that doesn’t suck too badly. The Hot Chick director proves that Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer aren’t the only ones who can make awful movie spoofs. The target here is all those inspirational sports flicks; a few ingredients border on being likeable, but the jokes are much too lame and pointless. It also needs a stronger lead.
