Everybody wants to see the rich and famous. Thatās what the writers behind this drama were hoping for, as they portrayed the outrageously glamorous lifestyle of one of the nationās wealthiest families. All of New York City loved gossiping about the Darlings, but it was up to attorney Nick George (Peter Krause) to keep an eye on them and make sure they didnāt make too public mistakes. Nick had his qualms, but he was hoping to find out which one of the family members might have murdered his father. It started promisingly, with an interesting cast and a few amusing characters (such as Glenn Fitzgeraldās foul-mouthed, irritating priest), but the show never turned into a great soap opera and it became increasingly difficult to care about these people.
