YOU’LL BE DYING TO STAY.
A group of tourists are stranded in the Brazilian jungles and fall victim to organ thieves. Director John Stockwell (of Blue Crush and Into the Blue fame) likes to shoot underwater footage, so that’s what we get even in this chiller as well as the obligatory semi-nude hotties. Not as gory as expected, but the film is steeped in prejudice toward Brazil, has no interesting characters and the last half-hour is just water, darkness, caves and flashlights in one big mess.
