Body Count

IT WAS A SIMPLE $15 MILLION ART HEIST… UNTIL SHE WALKED INTO THE PICTURE.

Five robbers pull off a heist in an art museum, but as they try to escape from the police a very unreliable woman (Linda Fiorentino) joins the group. What do you get when you take one stupid psychopath (John Leguizamo), one smarter psychopath (David Caruso), a criminal who’s actually a good guy (Ving Rhames) and play around a little with time? A very off-putting mess that tries hard to be another Pulp Fiction (1994) and only succeeds in being worse than Killing Zoe (1994).

1998-U.S.-Britain. 80 min. Color. Directed by Robert Patton-Spruill. Cast: David Caruso (Hobbs), Ving Rhames (Pike), Linda Fiorentino (Natalie), John Leguizamo, Donnie Wahlberg, Forest Whitaker.
