An entertaining sitcom without much ambition. The leading characters were the Hackett brothers (Timothy Daly, Steven Weber), two pilots who ran a small airline on the island of Nantucket but had nothing else in common. Joe was very reliable and fairly dull; Brian spent his time chasing women. Daly and Weber complemented each other quite well and Crystal Bernard was likeable as their childhood buddy. The pathetic, Italian cab driver Antonio subsequently joined the cast and became, thanks to Tony Shalhoub’s performance, one of the best characters; nothing ever seemed to go his way. In the last seasons, everybody involved seemed to get a little crazy, and it actually made the show funnier.
