EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE HEARD.

After being released from a psychiatric ward, Molly (Cecilia Milocco) moves into a place of her own where she keeps hearing strange knocking from the apartment above. A thriller that’s easy to underestimate. Marketed as a horror movie, there are few real scares, the similarities to Repulsion (1965) may seem obvious and for much of the movie it’s a little too leisurely paced and void of surprises. But when the full story has been revealed, we realize that it’s quite an effective illustration of mental illness and our attitude to people who suffer from it, boosted by Milocco’s convincing performance.
