IN IT, TOGETHER.
When his wife dies suddenly after giving birth, Matt Logelin (Kevin Hart) has to raise their little daughter on his own. It feels natural to see one of the directors behind films like American Pie and About a Boy make a movie about a man who has to grow up as a dad fast. Based on real events, the movie doesnāt feel very modern, with a leading character whoās frankly far from alone and behaves in frustrating ways. Hart is worth a look in a more serious role than usual and his challenges are depicted with warmth and humor.
