SURVIVORS TAKE ALL.

A casino owner hires a team of mercenaries, led by Scott Ward (Dave Bautista), to recover $200 million from a vault in Las Vegas, a city overrun by zombies. Zack Snyder’s revisit to the genre that first made him famous gets off to a promising start and it looks like he’s having more fun than when he’s making superhero movies; there’s even a zombie tiger here. Unfortunately, the film is insanely overlong, getting bogged down in its heist plot, and it can’t deliver on its emotional promise either. OK cast, though.
