‘TIS THE SEASON TO GET EVEN.
A spoiled rich kid (Chance Hurstfield) hires a hit man (Walton Goggins) to find and kill Santa for having disappointed him on Christmas Eve. A mean-spirited movie where Mel Gibson plays a world-weary, grunting Santa who not only has to fight a killer but also accept a contract with the U.S. military who needs his elves to build components for a fighter jet. Uncomfortably violent at times, most likely just for the hell of it because there isnāt much in the story that makes sense.
