Breaking up is always a nightmare and this drama, expanded from a 2018 short, tries to illustrate the emotions involved, as we follow two young guys (Björn Elgerd, Jonathan Andersson) who find moving on from a relationship challenging. Everything that’s awkward about it is on full display, as well as a lot of graphic sex. But this isn’t a new Looking (2014-2016); the movie needs less gloom, a sense of humor and more interesting location work to draw us into these guys’ lives.
