HOW FAR WOULD YOU GO?

When tragedy strikes in a police detective’s (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) home, he makes a radical decision that affects two very different families… Susanne Bier and Anders Thomas Jensen have a special knack for coming up with dilemmas that challenge us as human beings, how we feel and think, but this time round they got a lot of negative reviews because of a story that comes across as a little too contrived. Fair enough, but it’s hard not to get drawn into it when it’s this well made; Coster-Waldau is excellent in a part that was always going to be a challenge to believe.
