STARRING JENNIFER SAUNDERS, JOANNA LUMLEY AND NAMES, NAMES, NAMES, DARLING!
PR agent Edina Monsoon (Jennifer Saunders) accidentally pushes Kate Moss into the Thames; when the model is presumed dead national outrage forces Edina and the ever loyal Patsy (Joanna Lumley) to go into hiding. The classic 1990s sitcom returns for a glorious cinematic send-off. The original cast is back, thankfully; this is all wild and funny, with glamorous London and Cannes locations. If there ever was a hint of depth on the TV show it’s definitely gone now, but the movie is packed with cameos from stars who look like they’re having as much fun as the cast.
