JUST SAY MOE.
After failing to get adopted when they were kids, Larry, Curly and Moe (Sean Hayes, Will Sasso, Chris Diamantopoulos) try to save the orphanage where they grew up from shutting down. Divided into three acts, this film introduces the famous comedy trio to younger audiences; even though the Stooges are in a modern setting, they talk like they’re straight out of a 1930s pic. Fits nicely with the directors’ earlier work and it’s performed with great enthusiasm; I do enjoy Larry David’s aggressively silly turn as a nun. Only kids and die-hard fans will swallow a whole movie, though.
