WIG OUT.
In a desperate attempt to get back to New York City, runaway zoo lion Alex and his friends leave Africa… and end up joining the circus. Not many franchises keep getting better with each new outing, but this one does. Number three would merit a higher rating were it not for the simple fact that its insanely frenetic pacing becomes a little too much to take after a while; in no way is it grounded in any semblance of reality. Which is often fun, granted, as this movie offers plenty of laughs and glitzy 3D visuals. It also takes great advantage of its (now expanding) cast.
