EVERY WAR HAS A BEGINNING.
The third part of this series is a prequel that portrays the beginning of the centuries-long war between vampires and Lycans, a special breed of werewolves. The setting looks Medieval and is very darkly lit. Kate Beckinsale makes a quick appearance in the final sequence, but focus lies on the vampire leader (Bill Nighy) and Lucian (Michael Sheen) who was raised by him and then turned into his mortal enemy. The two stars are fun to watch, but itās hard to genuinely care much for this monster clash and the visual effects are so-so.
