Assassin Spencer Aimes (Ashton Kutcher) meets a nice girl (Katherine Heigl) in Nice and decides to leave his dirty business… but several years later, his past comes back to haunt him. An action comedy that is well-paced, but rarely offers real laughs and moments of tension. The worst part of the film is the attempt at “banter” between the stars, which always falls flat because the script is so lame and the stars simply can’t deliver. Heigl is annoying most of the time and Kutcher never believable as an assassin.

2010-U.S. 100 min. Color. Widescreen. Directed by Robert Luketic. Cast: Katherine Heigl (Jen Kornfeldt), Ashton Kutcher (Spencer Aimes), Tom Selleck (Mr. Kornfeldt), Catherine O’Hara, Katheryn Winnick, Kevin Sussman… Usher Raymond.

Razzie: Worst Actor (Kutcher).
