Resident Evil: Extinction

Alice (Milla Jovovich) joins a group of other survivors that are trekking through the Mojave Desert; zombies are still waiting at every turn. The third chapter of this franchise has less dreary locations and is more entertaining than the last movie. It’s kind of hard to complain too much about a film that features an attack by zombie ravens. Still, the last half-hour has a lame battle that only sets up the chance for yet another sequel. They should have destroyed the Umbrella Corp. once and for all here.
