THE GREATEST SUPERHERO MOVIE OF ALL TIME (NOT COUNTING ALL THE OTHERS).
Teenager Rick Riker (Drake Bell) is bitten by a radioactive dragonfly and develops superpowers; after creating a superhero alias for himself, he turns his attention to a villain called The Hourglass (Christopher McDonald). Another cheap genre spoof, but thankfully without Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer behind the camera. This one was nevertheless clearly inspired by their work; most of the jokes are unfunny and pointless. Best part; we get to see Brent Spiner scream like a little girl.
