SOME FRIENDS JUST FIT TOGETHER.
The four friends have drifted apart a little bit and they no longer take the power of the jeans all that seriously, but the summer break means new experiences for them. A new director is in charge, but this sequel is just as effective as the original and manages to keep the same tone. The writer has done a very good job borrowing ingredients from several books in the series and making them fit together smoothly in one script. Once again, teen girls in particular will appreciate this winning combo of breezy fun and moving life lessons… as well as the charming lead performances.
