Demoted cop Orin Boyd (Steven Seagal) is forced to take an anger management class, but also finds the time to expose corruption in the Detroit police force. Andrzej Bartkowiak reunited with a few cast members from Romeo Must Die (2000) for this disposable action movie and added the king of the genre, looking as bored as always. His fights require creative editing to look good these days. Anthony Anderson and Tom Arnold are mildly amusing, and so is the sight of Seagal dressed up as a traffic cop.
