NO MAN, NO LAW, NO WAR CAN STOP HIM.
Troubled Vietnam vet Rambo (Sylvester Stallone) is released from prison and goes to Cambodia in search of POWās left behind after the war.Ā The sequel toĀ First BloodĀ (1982) is way over the top, but doesn’t have the right sense of humor. Fair action sequences keep it lively throughout, but the filmās outright stupidity is offensive; apparently, thereās no need for an army when Rambo can slaughter the entire enemy on his own. Stalloneās Neanderthal performance is just silly this time round. Sole virtue: Jerry Goldsmithās outstanding action score.
